  • Responsabilidades: Tenia a cargo a 4 persona y un chofer.Tambien era responsable de los inventarios diarios ,mensuales y anuales. Trabajaba en equipo con planificacion y produccion para la realizacion de kit de los chequeos A ,C y cambios de motores. Me encargaba de hacer las requisiciones al sector de compras para que no estemos faltos de stock a la hora de cada servicio y hasta algunas veces relizaba las compras por ordenes de compras. Hacia la entrada de las partes a nuestro sistema con la previa inspeccion de certificaciones 8130 y teardown reports ya que tenia la estampa de inspector.I have overseen four stockroom clerks and a driver. Also, been responsible for daily and monthly inventory. Working closely together with planning on predraws kits, A checks, C checks and engine changes. Submitting inventory requisition to make sure we always have the correct amount of parts in stock to minimize aircraft downtime. I'm also the receiving inspector, I must check the parts for correct documentation and trace before being entered onto silver wings. If discrepancies should arise the parts will be place in quarantine. The corresponding department will be advised of hold. The parts will be kept there until discrepancy is corrected. If RTV (return to vendor) is decided it will be returned. Stockroom Manager, Assistant buyer and Production, Air One Maintenance Production ? Rotate all tasks relating to the production process. Assistant buyer ?work closely and independently with vendor buying parts, chemicals and suppliers for the correct process. Stock Room Clerk, Commercial Jet World Atlantic Airlines - 2016 to 2016 • Receive parts in quick aviation. • Assign inventory location . Open boxes from UPS, FEDEX or carrier. Check if the part has the correct papers like packing slip, invoice and 8130. Then check if the part number, quantity, expiration date and S/N are correct. After that I receive the part into the QAW aviation system and pull it in W/O open or in a location to stock.
