Devoloping this regional position to deliver our Organization goals regarding Working Capital & EBITDA, Implement a new intercompany tool that reflect the transactions in the proper way. Lead the team reviewing the accuracy of balance sheet reconciliations accounts and put in place a Fixed Asset system that brings accurate information of the company assets. Finance Manager Souther Cone (Dicember 2005 – September 2009) I was the Finance Manager for the Souther Cone Region. Responsible for managing financial reporting and budgeting functions, also cash control and improving working capital. Managing 2 direct reports and staff of 8 consultans located in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Paraguay managed from Buenos Aires. Support Comercial team to identify better cost opportunities for vertical clients. Supervise with the US team the statutory financial statements for financial and tax reporting.
  • Logros: Rolled out Buenos Aires SSC for British Telecom, leading Oracle Financials 11i a nd unique Bank solution Implementation across Latin America. Reduced regional G&A 30% with Latam SSC. Cost Reduction & Process standardization in order to get proposed company goals. Monthly reporting packagem Metrics and KPIs presentation to VP Corporate Finance.
