Responsabilidades: o Head Office, Corporate Manufacture Manager, Feb/2018 – 2015:
? Development and implementation of manufacturing strategies, associated with the needs of the business units, Market Business Strategy. Close to 100,000 TN / year of finished product, five own operations and an co-manufacture.
? Development and execution of strategies of the monthly cycle of business planning, Monthly Business Plan. About 100,000 TN / year of finished product.
? Responsible for the know-how and talent of the manufacturing area in the organization, mastership and leadership, career plan, succession, training, matrix of competencies, job descriptions.
? Implementation of continuous improvement methodology to increase production performance. Projects increase by 3,000 bps in the efficiency of operations.
? Participation in the identification, elimination and / or mitigation of barriers in the supply of direct and indirect materials, supplies and spare parts for the fulfillment of production plan.
? Caring for our people, through compliance and disclosure of security policies and practices. Population of factories approximately 3,000 employees.
? Respect the community and environment with compliance and disclosure of policies and associated practices.
? Participation in the technical feasibility of the development of new products, materials and suppliers. Every three days a new supplier, material, recipe and / or product.
