- Profitability: every year obtained better EBIT performance and Margins than what was planned. This was because better business performance but also due to better budgeting process, management control, cheaper financing, and savings through procurement negotiations.
- Fundraising of USD 100 millions from Private Equity Investors.
- Fundraising of USD 50 millions through a Special Purpose Vehicle created with a Global Financial Institution.
- Acquisition of Redelcom (Fintech) by Mercado Pago.
- Merge between PortalInmobiliario.com and Mercado Libre Chile.
- Obtaining licenses of CMF and Central Bank to be regulated as Payment Processor and Prepaid Card Issuer.
- Launch of the first fulfillment 100% e-commerce dedicated in Chile with 100,000 m2. I negotiated the full contract and led the procurement process to acquire plant and equipment. Additionally, I negotiated two temporary fulfillments: one of 9,000m2 and other one of 50,000m2
- Development of the logistic network, launching more than 20 Service Centers and Cross Docking across Chile, and pick and drop service in Santiago.
- New additional office: 1,200m2.
- 1st place at Great Place to Work in Chile 2021.
