Outsource Argentina is looking for:
Minimum skill set required for every developer:
? 3+ years of React Native development experience
? Understanding the basics of programming
? Confident working with Git
? Understanding client-server interaction
? Strong knowledge of TypeScript
? Strong knowledge of React
As a Senior React Native developer, we also expect:
? Deep knowledge of JS:
? Deep knowledge of development tools
? Understanding Design Patterns
? Experience in developing large React Native projects
? Development team management experience
Currently, the company has developed a basic technology stack, using which we work most efficiently:
? TypeScript
? React - this is our main tool for the frontend
? React Native - this our main tool for cross platform apps, we also do native and flutter
? Fastlane
? GitLab CI/CD
? MobX / Redux
We don’t expect you to have experience with every single technology above. We are mainly looking for deep knowledge of basic technologies, experience with real projects and a desire for professional growth. For experienced developers, we always provide some creative space. We trust the expertise of our leading specialists and leave them the right to make technical decisions.
Any initiative to improve development processes, we are always open to dialogue. We work in project teams. Development begins after a complete or partial analysis of the requirements and approval of the design.
