ROLE SUMMARY:
• Provide supervision, compliance and documentation of the Safety Standards, as well as the controls of the contractors, to ensure compliance with the requirements of Occupational Safety and Loss Management.
• Develop and implement loss control programs, evaluate conditions and determine corrective actions.
• Analyze Potential Risks and Implement measures to mitigate them.
• Conduct investigations of incidents and injuries, using analytical techniques and find root causes, and recommend action plans by monitoring compliance.
• Develop and supervise programs and training meetings on occupational safety.
• Facilitate safety inspections to the competent government authority.
• Preparation of reports and statistics to the corporation and general management.
• Be in charge of the team of technicians and interact.
• Control and measurement of safety in all areas of the Company to comply with the Labor Risk Law.
• Development of new projects for continuous improvement in Occupational Safety.
• Control of the Medical Service.
• Control of new income.
• Comply with improvements requested by the Work Risk Insurer.
• Comply with receiving internal, external and corporate Occupational Health and Safety audits.
• Develop and supervise programs and training meetings on occupational safety.

REQUIREMENTS
• Title of: Mechanical Engineer / graduate in Safety and Hygiene.
• Al least 5 years of experience working as Manager in Health, Safety & EA
• Experience in metalmechanic industry
• Qualifying enrollment by the Professional Council of Engineers of Mendoza.
• Works team management.
• Advanced English is mandatory
• Willing to be based in Mendoza
