    Belatrix is a leading nearshore services provider offering Agile software product development, software testing and QA services.

    We are seeking Human Resources Analyst to join our team in Mendoza. Our centers are in Buenos Aires, Mendoza and Lima, Perú.

    Major responsibilities

    • Induction to new employees, manage the documentation needed for the incorporation.
    • Mails: welcome, birthdays, births, among others.
    • Contact with Education Ministry.
    • Provide certificates requested by employees.
    • Management and monitoring of employee benefits
    • Collaboration at events.
    • Respond to complaints, suggestions or employee’s needs

    Skills

    • Team work ability.
    • High level of communication and good Interpersonal relations.
    • Conciliator management capacity.
    • Proactivity.
    • Flexibility.

    Requirements

    • 1 or more years of experience in similar positions.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
    • English Intermediate - Advanced
