    Key Responsibilities:

    - Create sourcing strategies to attract the top talent of the industry
    - Expand Web.com presence and reach towards the best candidates
    - Keep a constant supply of candidates with the required profiles to fill the assigned positions.

    Requirements:
    You should have a proven track record of prior recruitment experience, preferably in the IT sector.
    Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
    Experience using LinkedIn, and diverse job boards.
