Belatrix is a leading nearshore services provider offering Agile software product development, software testing and QA services.
We are seeking Subject Matter Expert QA to join our team in Buenos Aires. Our centers are in Buenos Aires (Retiro), Mendoza and Lima, Perú.
Major responsibilities:
• Interacts directly with the Client to identify application requirements.
• Plan and determine the best way to implement those requirements.
• Design testing planning
• Understand and plan high complexity software requirements
• To advice, coach, tutorship and motivate the team members.
• Collaborate closely with Developers to identify application weakness, failure points and bugs
Requirements
Skills required:
• 5 or more years of experience in QA area
• Experience in managing people.
• Problem Solving and decisions making.
Technical Skills
• Proven experience using Unix systems (SSH, SCEP, and tailing of logs)
• .NET or other programming languages.
• Agile Methodology (SCRUM)
• test case management tool (e.g. Test Link) and automation testing tools.
• Bug tracker tools (e.g Jira)
• SQL and build servers (e.g. Jenkins)
English level: Advanced
