As the Sales Agent, you will be responsible for building policies and procedures surrounding the sales process, answering any questions regarding company processes and services offered. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up the sales department, building marketing materials, and connecting with various potential clients through cold calling. As a small business support company, we assist small business owners and entrepreneurs with everything from drafting their first employee handbook, to managing their first hire, to sourcing benefits options as they grow. The ideal candidate will have:
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and systems
Ability to think beyond standard expectations
A desire to understand the impact of their work on the growth of the business
Strong problem solving and time management skills
Comfort with self-teaching and working independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G-suite, powerpoint, and shared folders
Understanding of startup businesses and ability to work well under stress.

Minimum 25 emails per day
Research and collection of own lists from online sources is required
