We are currently seeking an experienced Java developer with a background in technical architecture, who works well with cross-functional teams and is an exceptionally strong analytical thinker.

Responsibilities
• Design/Code/Implement dynamic sites and components according to needs in Java / Javascript / HTML / CSS / jQuery
• Provide leadership in developing and executing on project requirements, as well as implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness overall
• Manage deployment processes in the multiple Content Management Systems (CMS). Take on this role with attention to detail and work within defined timelines
• Responsible for content delivery and information architecture, working closely with a global technical architect
• Troubleshoot technical issues with high-impact problems connected to platform and technologies used in collaboration with a team of technical experts
• Works with development team to create website solutions based on the requirements to support and deliver on the business objectives
• Responsible creating detailed project documentation, and have the ability to cross train other team members
• Report on current projects using workflow tools (such as JIRA), and make sure deadlines (SLA) are met

Qualifications
Required
• +3 years of experience in Core Java
• Experience with IOC frameworks, e.g. Spring, Google Guice, or others
• Knowledge of design patterns
• Experience in MVC frameworks
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively and efficiently communicate at all levels of the organization
• Ability to think analytically. Need to be able to troubleshoot issues and act quickly to resolve
• Experience building websites, web applications and web services using multiple technologies and platforms
• Experience working with static and dynamic sites deployed in multiple architectures
• Hands-on database experience
