Your day to day will include:

- Managing the end to end of the recruitment process including consulting with HRBPs to identify staffing needs, design and implement attraction strategies, define clear job skill specifications, internal and external sourcing, candidate screening, background checks, and offer completion.
- Drive the achievement of the hiring targets for their sub- region, including time to fill, cost per hire, graduate, diversity, hiring manager and candidate satisfaction. Also follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure updated information on the interview process status (using Success Factors).
- Ensure local staffing practices are compliant with global/regional initiatives and legal requirements, and meet business priorities such as diversity objectives.
- Build and maintain with hiring managers, providing senior level advice on the hiring process
- Drive programs such university hiring.
- Develop and manage relationships with staffing vendors.
- Lead initiatives within the region; may provide support on hiring initiatives that span across regions or businesses.
- Ensure the best Candidate Experience (EX) right from first contact.
- Develop and continuously improve Employer Branding initiatives.

You are:
- Experienced: 5+ years managing full-cycle recruitment process
- Fluent in English
- A skilled communicator, used to partner with senior leadership to create hiring strategy.
- Experienced in the execution of staffing programs in multiple businesses, with deep care for diversity, equity, & inclusion
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
- Excellent in project management and process development.
- Sensitive to urgency.
- Graduated from a +4 year university career.
