    Main Job Purpose
    We are recruiting to fulfill our ambitious development needs to open new offices and this position has two main job purposes:

    ? Setting up our new office with the support of a business developer
    o Taking part in the recruitment process
    o Supporting the office setup
    o Taking part of the training
    ? Managing on daily basis a team of prospectors and buyers:
    o Being the leader your purchasing team will need
    o Ensuring commercial target achievement
    o Organizing prospection among your market
    o Ensuring interface with our French customer
    o Following up orders until delivery
    o Being accountable for your office
    Profile Requirements:
    ? Management experience with dynamic and challenging environment
    ? Professional working proficiency in English
    ? Experience in your cultural market environment (for the country you will work in)
    ? Experience in Purchasing or Sales
    ? Commercially minded
    ? Ability for analysis and synthesis
    ? International Mobility

    Additional but not mandatory:
    ? French retail market understanding
    ? Interest in French culture
    Salary: based on profile
