Main Job Purpose
Prospecting worldwide to buy overstocks and unsold items at the best prices in order to sell them to international customers:
? Prospecting the markets : Inquiring about new suppliers through internet, fairs, magazines and data bases ; update its own database by expanding the researches to an international level
? Assessing the ability of suppliers to meet the requirements of the cost, quality and quantity (verify the seriousness and reliability of potential suppliers)
? Ensure that the products are compliant to the quality standards and to the regulations of the target markets
? Negotiating the best possible conditions taking into account the technical and commercial objectives
? Constitute qualified files
? Placing the orders with the best possible conditions for the company
? Communicating with Support departments to help to place order
? Ensuring the proper conduct of the procedure and the observance of rules and deadlines
? Manage the claims and litigation with the customers and suppliers
? Help the claims with the suppliers

? Carry out the purchases according to the procedure
? Develop and contact suppliers by phone, search for viable overstock for our client’s market
? Evaluate overstock meets the pricing and quality of our requirements
? Send overstock files to designated email account
? Contact Supplier, Record process, upload files
? Teamwork, Communicate with managers, buyers and colleagues
? Continuous monitoring of ongoing business affairs and current files
? Monthly Target
? Observance of the law, rules and schedules, work on the best interest of the company

? Ensure purchases without litigations, according to the procedures and within the deadlines
? Be rigorous, diligent, organized and focused at all times and act in the interest of the company
? Be careful with the assigned equipment, office and all that is made available to work
? Comply with the terms of the employment contract and with the internal rules

Necessary requirements of the holder (education, experience, qualifications, availability, etc.).
? Professional working proficiency in English, and local language
? Natural sense of Purchasing Management
? Good understanding of the retail market and closeout business model
? Commercially minded

Salary: based on profile, significant variable monthly incentive.
