. Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.
. Qualifies leads and prospects
. Identifies decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
. Penetrates all targeted accounts and radiates sales from within client base.
. Creates and delivers qualified opportunities to Account Managers where appropriate.
. Maintains and expands the company’s database of prospects.
. Ensures follow-up by passing leads to Account Managers with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, and so on.
. Sets up and delivers introductory sales presentations.
. Where necessary, supports marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
. Handles inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and converts them into leads.
. Enters new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
. Delivers premium content to prospects while collecting critical lead data
. Delivers special offers to leads/prospects
. Nurtures current lead databases
. Identifies potential interest from visitors using marketing automation reports.Identifies growth and improvement opportunities for the website
