    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Consult on organizational processes, systems and structures that reinforce business strategy, build desired culture, and have a focus for the future (modernize).
    • Build and continuously improve tools and playbooks to grow Organizational Design capability across HR partners.
    • Implement tools and consultation practices that enable leaders to make data driven decisions and implement empirically strong org design processes that increase work teams’ efficiencies, effectiveness and nimbleness.
    • Provide guidance and coordination across Enterprise-level, cross-functional and/or cross-departmental to build alignments and efficiencies in work process and design.
    • Partner with other enablers, subject matter resources, and business area executives and leaders to plan, prepare, and execute organization restructures, organizational design changes, or new team designs.
    • The design and administration of salary structures
    • Implementation of massive payroll review processes and salary increases, punctual reviews, in accordance with established policies.
    • Complex compensation modelling within Excel to support the design, planning and management of Total Rewards
    • Acting as a project lead on a variety of Reward initiatives to implement base and variable pay strategy
    • Developing communications and training materials for Reward initiatives

    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Problem solving, communication, project management skills, understanding organizational complexity and managing high speed change and ambiguity.
    • Strong command on MS Excel, PowerPoint
    • Strong numerical and analytical skills (analysis of complex and ambiguous data)
